Stone Gardens requires all climbers and non-climbers entering the climbing areas to complete and sign our Liability Waiver.
Individuals under 18 years of age must have the Waiver signed by their parent or Court appointed legal guardian. 
This is our Online Print & Sign Waiver. Fill it out Online to save time! Please complete the following steps.

• Fill out the form with the participant information and click SUBMIT FORM.
• Review your information.
• Print the completed Waiver (you will be prompted), sign the document and bring with you to the gym.
• Repeat for each participant and any non-climbers entering the climbing areas.
• If you would prefer to print out a blank waiver select PDF of our Waiver on the right sidebar.
